Modern Work Circles
Most co-working spaces offer happy hours and mixers—but we both know those rarely create real relationships. They check a box. Modern Work Circles are small groups of co-workers that gather together for authentic, meaningful connection. We combine structured and unstructured programming to help people connect, learn, serve and feel human at work again.

We bring Modern Work Circles to your co-working space based on the unique needs of your community. We offer 4 program options with a pay-per-program model—no commitment and easy to try. We can also create custom circles...just let us know what sparks your interest!

​For WFH Colleagues
For work-from-home colleagues, we offer Modern Work Circles at shared community spaces, so colleagues can keep their flexibility without sacrificing access to a meaningful in-person community. Modern Work Circles are open to the public and are hosted at local community spaces: co-working conference rooms, libraries, churches, and nonprofits.

Curated mixers that help members meet each other, find common ground, and and spark joy. Think speed networking, fast pitches, and city scavenger hunts.

Female-focused conversation groups based on Sheryl Sandberg's popular Lean In curriculum. This 7-month program offers monthly gatherings for deeper connection and sharing around powerful topics.​

Community Service Circles
Service days at a local nonprofit or skills-based, short-term impact projects. Examples include planning a bespoke fundraising event or launching a digital marketing campaign.
